Limoges (in the Limousin region) but if you did not plan to travel
there, you will find porcelain in many department stores such as
Le printemps or Galerie Lafayette in many french towns or in
specialised shops in Paris.
Soap : 
Soap making is an art from the
south east of France (Marseille and Provence). You will find soap
shops in many french cities. A well known shop brand is L'Occitane
(R).
Crystal : 
A very well known crystal is
Baccarat, coming from north eastern France. You
will find crystal in many department stores such as Le printemps
or Galerie Lafayette in many french towns or in specialised shops.
Jewellery : 
All french cities have beautiful
jewellery shops, Paris being in first place of course.
