France is a member of European
Union. People traveling from EU countries to France and to EU
countries from France can carry many items as long as they have
paid taxes and that the items are intended for personnal use.
Otherwise, there are some
restrictions for citizens from outside the EU when they arrive in
the EU or leve the EU, especially for tobacco, alcoholic
beverages, perfumes...
