White Anjou wine, Loire Valley, France

Anjou vineyards are situated around Angers city. They belong to the Loire valley wines.

The vineyards of Anjou in the Loire valley, produce fine and white wines usually made with the Chenin Blanc, Cabernet, Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes

Anjou white wines are usually fruity, but one of them, only made of very mature Chenin blanc grape, is very mineral and unusual, it is the Savennieres
