Loire valley is situated in the West of France, along the Loire river. 

Loire valley is often called "the garden of France" because of its sweet climate and because it was in a way the garden of kings.

Loire valley is renowned for : 

• its castles or "chateaux" (Azay-le-Rideau castle, Chenonceau castle, Chambord castle, Amboise castle, Chinon castle, Cheverny castle, Villandry castle..), 
• the Loire valley towns (Blois, Tours, Saumur...)
